Effective Date: August 26, 2025

This Affiliate Program Rules & Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in The Genny Awards™ Affiliate Program, operated by The GenAI Network, LLC and presented by The International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™). By registering as an Affiliate, distributing an affiliate code, or referring sponsorships, you agree to comply with the following terms.

The Genny Awards™ Affiliate Program offers partners the opportunity to earn commissions by promoting entries and sponsorships for The Genny Awards™.

Benefits include:

• Generous commissions on qualified referrals.
• Discount codes for entrants, increasing conversion.
• Recognition as a Founding Affiliate Partner in Season One.
• Access to official affiliate assets and promotional resources.
   

• Open to individuals, companies, and organizations worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
• Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Employees and immediate family members of The GenAI Network, LLC, The Genny Awards™, or IAAAS™ are not eligible.
• Affiliates must promote The Genny Awards™ ethically, in alignment with brand guidelines, and in compliance with applicable advertising laws (including FTC disclosure rules).
   

• Standard Commission: 40% of the full original entry fee at time of purchase.
• Entrant Discount: Entrants using your affiliate code receive 10% off each entry.
• Impact Category Commissions: Due to nonprofit discounting, entries in The Genny Impact Awards™ category qualify for 10% commission.
   

Affiliates may also refer sponsors under the following rules:

Qualified Referrals

• Must provide a specific contact person’s full name.
• Must include a valid business email or LinkedIn profile.
• Must describe the relationship/context (e.g., prior outreach, shared group).
   

First-to-Register Rule

• Sponsorship credit is awarded to the earliest valid timestamp for a referral.
• Generic company name submissions without a contact will not be accepted.
   

Validation Process

• The Genny Awards™ will validate referrals.
• Introductory contact may be made (“Affiliate [Name] suggested we connect regarding sponsorship”).
• If the contact denies knowledge of the Affiliate, the lead may be disqualified.
   

Sponsorship Commissions

• 10% commission on signed and closed sponsorships with payment received.
• Optional Season One incentive: 20% commission for closed sponsors
• Paid after contract execution and sponsor payment in full.
   

• Affiliate codes are tracked via our Awards Management System.
• Commission is credited only for verified entries/sponsorships using your exact code or referral link.
• Public coupon/discounters are prohibited. Codes may not be posted on generic coupon sites.
• The Genny Awards™ is not responsible for lost referrals due to ad blockers, user error, or technical issues.
   

• All affiliate payouts are issued end-of-season, plus 30 business days for reconciliation and fraud checks.
   
• Minimum payout threshold: $100 (balances below roll over to next season).
• Payment method: PayPal only.
• Affiliates must submit required tax documentation (e.g., W-9 for U.S. affiliates).
• The GenAI Network, LLC may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax forms as required by law.
   

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials provided by The Genny Awards™.
• Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of The Genny Awards™ trademarks, logos, or creative assets is prohibited.
• Affiliates may not rebrand, resell, or bundle The Genny Awards™ offerings without prior written approval.
   

Affiliates may not:

• Engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or misleading claims.
• Register domains, handles, or ads containing “The Genny Awards” or similar without written approval.
• Bid on “The Genny Awards” or related branded keywords in paid search advertising.
• Submit directories, scraped contacts, or placeholder leads as “referrals.”
   

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The GenAI Network, LLC, The Genny Awards™, IAAAS™, and all affiliated officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program, including violations of this Agreement or third-party rights.

This Affiliate Program applies only to The Genny Awards™ 2025 Season One. Participation this season does not guarantee renewal, commissions, or future access. The Genny Awards™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program in future seasons.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in Tampa, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

The Genny Awards™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, acts of war, or regulatory changes.

The Genny Awards™ may update commission structures, referral rules, or program terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
