Effective Date: August 26, 2025

This Refund & Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs payments made to participate in The Genny Awards™, owned by The GenAI Network, LLC and presented by The International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™). By submitting an entry, purchasing sponsorships, or otherwise making payments to The Genny Awards™, participants agree to the following terms:

• All entry fees must be paid in full at the time of submission.
• Entry fees are charged on a per-entry basis and vary depending on category and submission type (e.g., Single Entry or Campaign/Series).
• Entry fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Policy.
   

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other options made available by Stripe at checkout.
• By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
   

• Entries: All entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted, regardless of withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Sponsorships & Affiliates: Payments made for sponsorship packages or affiliate participation are non-refundable after confirmation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Duplicate Payments: Refunds will be issued in the event of accidental duplicate charges. Please contact support within 10 business days to request a correction.
• Transaction Errors: If a transaction is declined or reversed by your payment provider, your entry or participation may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
   

• All fees are quoted and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted.
• Participants are responsible for any applicable sales, VAT, or other taxes, duties, or fees imposed by applicable jurisdictions.
• The Genny Awards™ is not responsible for exchange rate differences or additional bank charges.
   

• By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting The Genny Awards™ support team to resolve the matter in good faith.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate disqualification from the Awards and/or suspension of affiliate or sponsorship privileges.
   

• The Genny Awards™ reserves the right to adjust entry fees, sponsorship fees, or payment terms at any time.
• Updates to this Policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
   

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to payments or refunds shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in Tampa, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the parties.
