This Content Usage Policy (“Policy”) explains how The GenAI Network, LLC, owner of The Genny Awards™, together with the International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™), may use entries, submissions, branding, and other materials provided through our websites, award programs, or affiliated platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By submitting content to The Genny Awards™ or engaging with official Genny Awards™ branding, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Entrants, honorees, and winners may:

• Share official announcements, press releases, and award recognitions via social media, provided that proper attribution is given to The Genny Awards™.
• Use official award titles (“Genny Awards Winner,” “Genny Awards Nominee,” or “Genny Awards Honoree”) only if such status has been officially recognized and confirmed.
• Embed official award badges, logos, or graphics provided directly by The Genny Awards™ for promotional purposes.
   

⚠️ Note: Draft or provisional design elements used by The Genny Awards™ (including trophy mockups or sample graphics) may not represent the final approved design. Only the final award graphics provided by The Genny Awards™ may be used in promotional materials.

You may not:

• Modify, edit, or distort The Genny Awards™ name, logos, or official award materials.
• Use The Genny Awards™ brand, trademarks, or award titles in a misleading or deceptive way.
• Claim an award status that has not been officially granted.
• Commercially exploit The Genny Awards™ branding, materials, or content without express written permission.
• Use submissions, branding, or content for AI/ML training or fine-tuning. However, The Genny Awards™ may use AI-powered tools internally to analyze submissions for judging, reporting, benchmarking, and insights (e.g., inclusion in The Genny Report™), provided this does not transfer ownership or diminish entrant rights.

Unauthorized use of The Genny Awards™ branding, trademarks, or content may result in legal action. The Genny Awards™ reserves the right to request the removal of improper usage and take enforcement action as necessary.

We may update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of The Genny Awards™ branding or materials after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The GenAI Network, LLC, The Genny Awards™, IAAAS™, and all affiliated brands, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your submissions, content, or participation in The Genny Awards™
• Any violation of this Policy
• Any infringement or violation of the rights of a third party
   

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in Tampa, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the parties.

The GenAI Network, LLC and IAAAS™ shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, internet outages, or pandemics.

We may update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
