Welcome to The Genny Awards™ website (the “Site”), owned by The GenAI Network, LLC and presented by The International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as any other websites, digital platforms, and official social media channels operated by The GenAI Network, LLC, including but not limited to those affiliated with The Genny Awards™, IAAAS™, The CAIO Network™, The CAIO Awards™, The GenAI Hall of Fame™, and related initiatives (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

• You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to:
  • Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair their operation.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
  • Use automated scripts to collect information from the Services.
     

All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials available through the Services are the property of The GenAI Network, LLC, IAAAS™, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without prior written consent.

You may not use, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content, data, entries, or materials obtained through the Services for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise developing any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) systems, models, or algorithms, whether commercial or non-commercial, without the prior express written consent of The GenAI Network, LLC, The Genny Awards™, The International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™), or any affiliated brands, properties, or initiatives.

If you submit any content through the Services (e.g., nominations, entries, comments, or materials), you grant The GenAI Network, LLC and IAAAS™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Awards program and related initiatives.

The Services and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The GenAI Network, LLC and IAAAS™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The GenAI Network, LLC, The Genny Awards™, IAAAS™, and all affiliated brands, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your submissions, content, or participation in The Genny Awards™;
• Any violation of these Terms; or
• Any infringement or violation of the rights of a third party.
   

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in Tampa, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the parties.

The GenAI Network, LLC and IAAAS™ shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, internet outages, or pandemics.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
