THE GENNY AWARDS ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for The Genny Awards™, submissions must adhere to the following criteria:

• Language: Entries must be in English or include English subtitles.
• Submission Format: Each entry should provide a valid video URL or an uploaded video file during the entry process to accessible to judges.
• Production Date: Work submitted for the inaugural year must have been produced between January 1, 2023, and the entry deadline.
• Evaluation: Entries are evaluated by the International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™) and can receive gold, silver, or bronze awards based on merit

THE GENNY AWARDS™ OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES

The Genny Awards™ is a serious awards program committed to accelerating and celebrating excellence in GenAI innovation and impact. By entering, all participants agree to abide by all rules associated with The Genny Awards™, including the Genny Grand Prize Contest Rules outlined below.

The Genny Awards™ is designed to celebrate and accelerate GenAI to create a better world and future together. The following types of work are strictly prohibited:

• Rude, crude, defamatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, or extremely offensive content
• Spec work (work not completed and/or without prior client approval or agreement) 
• Any entry that infringes on third-party intellectual property (IP)
• The Genny Awards™ is not responsible for any third-party IP infringement. 
• All entries must be original work owned by the entrant and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

ENTRY SUBMISSION & PAYMENT

• All entry payments must be made by credit card.
• Entrants can make changes to submissions until judging begins.
• Refunds are not available once an entry has been submitted.
• Individual feedback will not be able to be provided for individual entries.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS & JUDGES INTEGRITY

• All entries must be submitted in English. Any media not in English must include English subtitles.
• Judges are strictly prohibited from voting in categories where they have a conflict of interest.
•  The IAAAS™ judges and governing body have sole discretion and final authority in all decisions.
• Entries may be disqualified at any phase of the competition without prior notification.
  All judging decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
