The Genny Awards™ Affiliate Program offers partners the opportunity to earn commissions while promoting a historic, first-of-its-kind awards program honoring the best in Generative, Agentic, and Physical AI across all industries and functions. By participating in this program or distributing your unique affiliate code, you agree to be bound by the rules and policies outlined herein.

• Individuals, companies, and organizations may apply to become an affiliate.
• Affiliates must promote The Genny Awards™ ethically and in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading claims, or unethical practices.

• Standard Commission: 40% of the full original entry fee at time of purchase for each entry using your discount code.

• Entrant's Discount: Your code gives entrants a 10% discount on each entry at checkout using your discount code.
• Impact Category Commissions: Due to the deep built-in nonprofit discount, entries in The Genny Impact Awards™ category qualify for 10% commission for each Impact category entry.

• Payouts are issued after the season closes, plus 30 days for reconciliation.
• Affiliates must submit tax documentation (e.g., W-9)

• Payout method (PayPal only)
• A minimum commission balance of $100 is required before any payouts will be issued. Balances under this amount will roll over to the next awards season or remain on hold until the threshold is met.

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on earnings received through this program. The Genny Awards™ may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax forms as legally required.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida.

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure regulations, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for endorsements and sponsored content. All promotional materials must include clear and conspicuous disclosure that the affiliate may earn a commission from referred entries.

• Affiliates may not rebrand, resell, or otherwise alter the official name, likeness, or offerings of The Genny Awards™. The use of The Genny Awards™ materials must be limited to approved affiliate marketing efforts only. No bundling, resale, or unauthorized packaging of The Genny Awards™ as part of another service or offer is allowed without prior written approval.

This affiliate program applies only to The Genny Awards™ 2025 season. Participation in this season does not guarantee access to future affiliate programs, commission structures, or renewal opportunities. The Genny Awards™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program in future seasons, or to invite only select participants moving forward.
