These Content Usage Guidelines govern how The Genny Awards™ materials, branding, and entries may be used. By engaging with The Genny Awards™ and utilizing its content, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Permitted Uses

Share official announcements, press releases, and award recognitions via social media, provided that proper attribution is given to The Genny Awards™, owned by The GenAI Network, LLC.
Use the official award titles ("Genny Awards Winner", or "Genny Awards Nominee" or "Genny Awards Honoree" or other Genny Awards official designations) only if officially recognized.
Embed official award badges, logos, or graphics provided directly by The Genny Awards™ for promotional purposes. Any graphics elements used by the Genny Awards may not be an accurate representation of the program, including The Genny Awards trophy design yet to be announced.

2. Restricted Uses

You may not:

Modify, edit, or distort The Genny Awards™ name, logo, or award materials.
Use The Genny Awards™ brand, trademarks, or award titles in a misleading or deceptive way.
Claim an award status that has not been officially granted.
Commercially exploit The Genny Awards™ branding, materials, or content without express written permission.

4. Enforcement & Violations
